Clients may consent to SMS through our contact form, verbal agreement, email, and/or written agreement. Refusal to provide necessary information will result in the inability to effectively provide you with our products, services and information. Clients who refuse to provide Personal Data will still be billed for the time spent on that individual client or project. SMS opt-in or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared.

From time to time and as permitted by applicable law(s), we may collect Personal Data about you and update any existing Personal Data that we currently hold from other third-party sources, including publicly available data sources, federal data sources, and state data sources. All data collected via third-party sources will remain confidential within Liberty Hill Bookkeeping & Tax Services and will not be distributed.

Use of Information

Your Personal Data may be used in the following ways:

  • Communicate and Provide Products and Services to Clients

  • Process Payments to and from Clients such as but not limited to collecting payment for provided services and/or issuing refunds

  • General Communications with Clients


In order to comply with applicable law(s) (for example, to comply with a search warrant, subpoena or court order), we will not share Personal Data provided by the client to any third parties, affiliates, or partners.

Liberty Hill Bookkeeping & Tax Services will not share, or sell your information (including but not limited to the client’s phone number(s) provided for SMS consent, email address) to any third parties, affiliates, or partners under any circumstances. You have the right to receive equal service and pricing from Liberty Hill Bookkeeping & Tax Services, even if you exercise your privacy rights as stated in this policy.

Communication Preferences We strive to provide you with relevant and useful information related to our products and services. Additionally, you can contact us using the information listed at the bottom of this policy to make changes to your communication preferences.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information you provide through our Servers.

Upon request, Liberty Hill Bookkeeping & Tax Services will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. We will provide you with reasonable access to your personal information in accordance with relevant laws, including by making reasonable efforts to provide access to update your information. Requests such as these are of high priority and will be handled in the order they are received.

Data Disposal

Liberty Hill Bookkeeping & Tax Services will honor client requests to remove data such as, but not limited to personal information, account information, and billing information from its data center and from any billing account data stored for future transactions. Liberty Hill Bookkeeping & Tax Services’ disposal process includes data removal from Data Center production databases and shredding through a trusted disposal service.
